Two constituencies,
same outstanding service

Nexus exists to serve the needs of two reciprocal constituencies: (a) borrowers willing to pay high yields; and (b) fund investors who are seeking high yields (plus our own team of professionals).

Borrowers are mostly but not exclusively residential “fix & flippers”, custom home builders and/or developers.

Fund investors are accredited individuals or family offices attracted to our offering, which is:

yield (8.5%) + “safety” + ease of exit

Nexus sources both of these parties and then wraps the relationship in a professional platform grounded in transparency, reliability and an attitude of service.
