Application Deposit:
- Your deposit is credited toward the cost of preparing loan documents prepared by our attorney.
- Your application deposit is partially refundable.
- 50% is refunded if Nexus elects not to issue a commitment letter after completing its due diligence.
- 100% is forfeited if borrower elects to terminate the transaction or the transaction fails to timely close due to no fault of Nexus.
