Legal Fee Deposit:$500, partially-refundable, payable after 24-hour verbal feedback. This deposit is credited toward the cost of the Legal Fee, below. $250 of this deposit is refunded if the Lender does not fund the loan. $500 is forfeited if the Borrower terminates the transaction after submitting the deposit.
Legal Fee:$795, payable at close of escrow
Security:1st Deed of Trust on subject property & Personal Guarantee
